Hold & Fetch command

If you want to try making some changes that you are not sure you will like, you can save your scene to a temporary file called a hold file. To restore the hold file, you use the fetch command.

To hold and fetch a file:
Open a scene file
Choose Edit—Hold

Try out some changes to your file

Choose Edit—Fetch

In the About to Fetch .OK dialog box, click Yes to restore the hold file without saving the current state of the scene.click No if you want to cancel.
If you click Yes the program restores the hold file and changes its name to the name of the scene it replaces.
